Pam Denham is the founder of Pamela Denham & Associates (PDA) – a full-service firm specializing in strategic public relations, marketing and image consulting, and professional development training. Ultimately, the PDA team’s focus is on achieving measurable results for each client. This is accomplished by listening first, then digging deep to uncover what sets our clients apart.

Established in 1998, the agency has expanded to include speaking to large and small groups, mentoring, corporate coaching and customer service training. The firm continues to provide a vast menu of expertise and caters to a broad array of industries including health and science, fashion and beauty, real estate, arts and entertainment, professional services, business and finance, construction, engineering, manufacturing, special events and hospitality.

Based in Fairhope, Ala., Pamela Denham & Associates has been recognized by Business Alabama’s Annual Top Ranked Companies in Alabama for twelve years. In 2016, Denham was named by the South Alabama chapter of SCORE as Client of the Year.

Prior to opening this long-standing marketing and public relations firm, Denham’s professional career included management roles in the healthcare industry – with both hospitals and physician practices. Additionally, she actively serves in a volunteer role in various capacities with Pilots for Christ, Home of Grace, Team Focus and Dog River Clearwater Revival. She also serves on the Advisory Council with the University of South Alabama’s Mitchell College of Business Marketing Department.

For more than 26 years, Denham has passionately helped clients succeed in business by listening carefully to their needs using a systematic approach to achieve measurable results. She knows what can happen when a business does not have its house in order. It only takes one employee who does not treat everyone with courtesy and respect to translate into negative customer experiences resulting in lost revenues. Denham completed undergraduate studies at the University of South Alabama and a graduate degree at the United States Sports Academy. She then continued with post-graduate studies in the MBA program at Spring Hill College, Mobile, AL. Denham is a John Maxwell-Certified Speaker/Coach and most recently earned the Executive Education Culverhouse College of Business – Executive Presentation Skills Certification with the University of Alabama.

Pam Denham is the mother of two beautiful daughters: Hannah (26) and Nicole (18). She resides in Fairhope, AL and is an active member of City Hope Church.
